I wont to get a divorce but dont know how i have no idea were his at i'v been seperated for 14yr his ex-wife said are marrage dident count because are wittnes were young

A lawyer will know how to get you divorced, even if his whereabouts are unknown. If the marriage was otherwise valid, then you will still need a divorce.
