Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

my fiance owes child support but if we ge married will it make me responsible to pay his child support even though the children are not mine biologically and the mother has gotten married.... also my fiance havent been working and i only make enough to support my own child what should i do. is there a law that i have to pay child support on his behalf if we get married.

No. You will never be responsible for paying his child support, ever. Period.
