No--reverting to her maiden name or keeping her married name is the wife's choice, just as it was when you got married.

The Husband may not force the Wife to change her name...but I have seen in cases where it was important to the Husband that he offered more property to the Wife as a means to negotiate the name change.

No one owns another persons name. Even outside of the marriage context, a person can change their name to almost anything.
