Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

i married my husband while he was in prison and still is after 13 years of a happy marriage. Recently he has been going through some mental issues and is talking about divorce. Where do i stand in keeping my house which i purchased and have been paying the mortgage on my own. What if any is he entitled to.

First, has your husband been to a medical doctor recently. If he's "changing" perhaps he is a diabetic, had a stoke or is depressed. Often people find that divorce is not necessary when medical issues are addressed.
