I have been married for 13 years and was a housewife never worked since we have been married he has given me a lavish lifestyle in Texas what are my rights since we getting a divorce?

Texas is a community property state. You each own half of what you or your spouse earns. There are some exceptions such as devises,gifts and property owned before marriage.
