Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I now pay child support because it was determined that I would pay half of my daughter's day care and the child support would be used for that. Well now neither my ex nor myself need to pay for child care (we split custody 50/50) and I would like my child support stopped. My ex agreed but told me only a judge could stop it. I need a lawyer to help me get this done. I know it will not be free. Any lawyer willing to help me out here?

Your ex says that only a judge can stop it? Bull!!!!

Tell your ex that all she has to do is give the money back to you after she receives it each month.

But you still need to get the order modified. Expect to spend about $1000 for this.
