Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My question is actually a couple of parts, first my oldest daughter will be 21 years old this coming Feb. and I would like to ensure that the child support is stopped. How do I go about stopping the support and next the rate at which I've paid has not been correct since my other daughter was born, so the effective rate was always at one child instead of two children. How do I go about changing the rate and stopping the child support on my oldest daughter?

I'm not sure what you mean about "stopping" child support. I assume that you're talking about stopping WAGE GARNISHMENT.

Depending on the attitude of your employer, and what the garnishment order says, it may require a motion being filed and a trip to the Courthouse.

If you're trying to adjust the child support order so that it reflects reality, then you'll need to file a motion and go to Court.
