Unservicable Citation

On filing a divorce by default (spouse could not be located/served) how long do you have to wait for an unserviceable citation in the court system?

There is a rule for citation by publication. There is no rule for unserviceable citation. Could not be located/served is not the basis for default divorce. Better do some more reading. Good Luck.
