Responsibility Ends

What law governs the legal age of 18. When parents are no longer responsible for their children after 18 and still in highschool.

If you are talking about child support obligations, they normally end when the child turns 18 OR graduates from high school, whichever comes last. So, just because the child is 18, it doesn't necessarily mean the child support stops. Child support continues until the child graduates from high school or drops out of school after their 18th birthday.
