Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My ex wife and I got married when she was 3 months pregnant with another mans baby. when the baby was born in 2002 i made the mistake of signing the birth certificate. I was kinda pressured into signing it even though she wasnt mine. We are now divorced and i am paying childsupport on her even though my exwife and i both know she isnt mine. At the court where we got the divorce finalized the judge didnt really let me say anything so i didnt really have a chance.

She knows who her biological dad is and does see him, Is there a way to make him pay for the child support for her and have me stop paying. I live in a diffrent state and i choose not to see her. I wasnt ever close to her. please help

You need to see an attorney to help you with this. My guess is that you would need a test to establish that the child is not yours and a motion to modify the divorce decree to remove your child support obligation. It would be up to your ex to sue the biological father to establish his paternity and obligation to pay child support.
