Civic Club Dues

I would like to know if it is legal for our Property Owners Assoc. to propose to raise our anual dues buy 100%. f not what are the guidelines.

You'd have to look at the Restrictive Covenants that govern your subdivision to see whether the Civic Association has the authority to raise the dues that much, or whether it has to be put to a vote.
