Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Texas

How do I file an answer myself? Forms? And once that is done what happens next? Does that mean it will definitely go to trial? (In Tarrant County Texas)

It may be important that you NOT file an answer. Where did the transaction (the one that's the basis of the lawsuit) take place? Where is the company that's suing you? Where do you live?

You should go talk to a good civil lawyer before you do anything.
