Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Texas

I received this email from a Dr. in another state over a business deal. My concern is not only am I furious what if this Dr. is doing this to other harmless people by intimidation. I will not accept this type of racial language via email or in person. What options do I have? Thanks

Speech is protected by the First Amendment, even if it is offensive to you. There are some exceptions, but this doesn't appear to fall into any of them.
