Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Texas

Situation: an at fault accident occured a while back. The driver at fault had no insurance. The driver at fault paid the insured dirvers deductible and their insurance covered the rest. The insurance company is now suing for this money. Their attorney served a questionaire that they want filled out and sent back in about 20-30 days.

Questions: (if questionaire is not returned) If there is a judgement made against them can they garnish wages? Can they suspend drivers license? Will it go on credit report? (If the questionaire is sent back) will the answers still be the same to these questions?

No, nobody can garnish your wages.

Yes, if they do get a judgment, and you don't pay it, your driver's license can be suspended.

You should really consult a lawyer.
