Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Texas

I took someone to small claims court for money he owed me. We only made it through mediation. Contract stated he was to pay me 200.00 a month until paid in full. I was paid in full. 2 months later I get a letter from the court for Notice of Intention for Want of Prosecution. If we are done why would I get this?

Courts dismiss pending cases when no party has advised them the case is settled..courtesy requires litigants to notify the Court of a settlement so it can close the file.
