Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Texas

possible harrassment

For some unknown reason, when I go out to shop in the local stores in our community, a group of a young men, possibly latter teens, have passed beside me in their car as I walk on the sidewalk before entering the store, and hollor at me asking (guote) ''are you a witch?''. This has happened many times lately. Now, they have found where I live and almost daily, come by screaming to the top of their voice,or ask the same question ,''are you a witch''. I suppose trying to frighten me;which it does. Just yesterday, I went to my mailbox in front of my house to get my mail, and along with my mail, was a little card not mailed, but just put in by hand, with the quote on it that reads 'are you a witch?''. Now,I feel that this is a form of harrassment and would like to know what my response should be to get this issue stopped. Or better yet, what can legally be done to them for doing this? I fear they will do something to retaliate if I report this to the P.D. Is this situation a matter that I should report to the police or should it just be ignored.I have neighbors who also can verify this incidence. I don't look, act, nor present myself in any form of a witch, and I am intimidated by this happening to me.What is the best legal approach?

If you're afraid of retaliation, get a concealed carry permit so you can protect yourself.
