Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Texas

internet pals

i was looking for a friend on myspace and came across a person who i thought was an old friend. it turns out that it was a lady that does not like me. she found this out after we had been talking for a few weeks. the conversion was never anything but normal everyday things. but she has said she can file charges. can she do that?
