paint product deffective

How long do you have to file suit after you have compained to the store about a product? Product cost me to replace $10,000 worth of flooring/bookshelf, installation and a $25000 a year customer

while you have two years to file..you should get a lawyer NOW...under DTPA and other lawys, you need to make a demand specifying your complaints to obtain your money back, damages and attorney fees..

If you've busted the two-year statute, you have four years for breach of contract.

Get a lawyer ASAP.
