Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Texas

question:
my employer started taking $40 out of my check this past week and for the next 3 weeks to repair the bumper on her vehicle in which she told me to drive to take some deliveries in. I accidentally backed it into a pole and it dented the rear bumper. This was around september or october. Now starting April 13, 2007 i noticed in my check there was a note she had written stating that she had started taking money out of my check to fix her bumper. I signed nothing and never even agreed on a price in which i would give her. Is this Legal?

You may sue after taking proper opinion from legal expert to get back your amout with interst as well damages
