Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Texas

Sale of truck

I sold a truck last year and the present has not changed the title to his name. I have filled out a Texas Motor Vehicle Transfer Notication with the Texas Dept. of Transportation. I have received tollway and texas tollway bills. What else can I do?

Get in touch with the DMV. They have the forms you need to get your name off the title.
