My brother in law remarried a U.S. resident in El Salvador. He died and left a 10yr. old boy. Can she field a petition for the boy to come to U.S. to live with her?

What was your brother's US status? Who is the mother of the child? What do you mean "remarried?" Were they married to each other before? Was the wife a US permanent resident living in El Salvador or a US citizen?
