dear sir ,

my brother in law get marry a usa green card holder.after the getting green card he will sponsor her sister(my wife)is that possible i can go with her to usa for permanent residence...i got visa as well or not am i eligible ?

I am not sure I understand your question. I understand that he just recently got married to a permanent resident, but is not a permanent resident yet.

Your brother in law can petition for his sister (your wife) only when he becomes a USA citizen. A permanent resident (green card holder) cannot petition for a sister. Besides, he will have to wait a few years himself to become a permanent resident.

Yes, you will be able to emigrate to USA with your wife. However, expect a wait time to be over 11 years, plus a few years while your brother-in-law is waiting to become a permanent resident (4-5 years or could be less), and then to become a USA citizen (min 3 years). The processing times could be even longer for Mexico, Philippines.
