Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
Hi. I am a LPR. My wife is a British citizen. Our I-130 has already been approved. She is currently here in the USA under visa waiver program. We would like to know if there is any way by which she can stay here without needing to go back to the UK?

In order to obtain residency for your wife while she is inside the US, you would first have to naturalize.
