Procedure for attaining an extension in US I-94 status
Hi,
I am an Indian and have been in the US for 6 months and I would like to extend my stay in the US for some more time. My visa has expired but my I-94 expires only by October. Please advise me what are the procedures to be followed for applying for an extension on my present status.
