Auto accident insurance claim

I would just like to know how to settle an auto insurance claim my husband was hit by an 18 wheeler and i would just like to know what we should do and what we shouldn't do. How do we settle this claim?

If your husband suffered bodily injury you really should consult a professional. Most personal injury lawyers will provide you with a consultation at no cost or obligation.

This is not do-it-yourself. There is too much at stake, and if you are not experienced in the industry you will end up losing a lot of money and perhaps other valuable rights.

Please at least get a consultation. A competent PI lawyer will earn you more than he costs just by knowing what you are entitled to. You don't know or you wouldn't be asking the question you have posted.

At this point it very difficult to advise you without knowing if your husband was injured. If he was injured you should consult a legal professinal immediately.
