Legal Question in Insurance Law in Texas

Car Accident

I was a passsenger in a rollover accident just a few weeks ago,the driver was twice the legal alcohile limit and was aressest on the scene. We have found out the driver that hit us only has Liability insurance. We have are looking into retaining a attorney, should we hire an attorney considering we all have aches and pain but not broken bones or surgery required. We are all in some type of therpay. Will we be compensated for our medical cost and vehicle repairs only considering the amount of insurance coverage she has? Should we even have an attorney?

Re: Car Accident

Yes. Hire an attorney. These kinds of cases tend to be a bit more complex, as you may have different types of insurance in place. You need to know what to do and when. Most (if not all) personal injury lawyers will give you a free initial consult (myself included.) I suggest you contact a few, meet with them and decide which one you like best. If there is a limited pool of insurance, then you need to act quickly. Feel free to call me if you would like to discuss this further.
