Legal Question in Insurance Law in Texas

My son 13 was hit by a school district van on his way to school. he pased away. it was foggy and wet that morning. i had a phone call from the school districts insurance. he sayed that they trying to help me with the bills. i have the accident repor, and it seems that it was just that . an accident . what do i need to do? do i need a lawyer? could sombody help me ? Im a mess as it is and i dont know what to do. thank you verry much

I almost forgot to ask, when did the accident occur? And in what county? Also, what is the situation with the other parent? (are you married, joint custody or ?) Was your child in a car, or on foot when the accident happened?

Call a qualified personal injury lawyer. in ALL accidents..something caused the accident..Most lawyers charge nothing to look at the case..but if they can help, they will.
