Legal Question in Employment Law in Texas

being fired

pregnant w/twins. having problems recently had a panic attack at work. went to dr. he adviced me to see a therapist(suffering from depression/ anxiety)she doesn't want me to go work. without notice I got fired for no call no show. no warning they knew I was out.. also found out from someone outside of the workplace. is there anything I can do? is that legal?

Schedule an appointment with a Board Certified Labor lawyer and discuss your options. If there are more than 20 workers you should get a Cobra notice to keep your health insurance for the next 18 months. (You have to pay for it).
