in oct. of 2008 i fell 15 feet from a truck bed onto packed soil and a pipe. I had hurt my back, neck, and left shoulder and arm. After really no medical treatment, my co. insurance audjuster sent me to see a state Dr. who gave me a 4% disability. My current Dr. who had said i need surgery on my neck has now changed his mind. As well the insurance Co. has taken my workmans comp check of 750 weekly and cut it down to 525. Still no one has actually treated me, my Dr. has ended my prescripts, and theres still no work release in sight. The attorneys ive spoken to locally all say the same. As long as the insurance company is sending me checks, theres nothing they can do. I know i have permanent nerve damage somewhere as ive lost feeling in my left hand, and have major weakness in my left arm. I suffer still from massive extreme headaches at the back of my head, and still have some pain in my neck and minor pain in my lower back. I dont know my rights, or what I should do. On top of this the company i worked for has forced me to sign on with the company we were leased to, so i dont know if i have a job upon return to work.
