Can i legally be forced to "transfer"to a known unsuccessful club from the club I've been very successful at for over 2 years due to an employee not liking me and they just chose her over me?

Texas is an "at will" employment state meaning that one can be hired or fired for any or no reason as long as it is not illegal discrimination. Thus, you can be transferred. If you quit with good cause, you can collect unemployment.
