Not qualified for fmla
i have only worked for my company for 7 months and had to have--name removed--emergency surgery if i am fired for mot being at work due to medical can i file for unemployment on them since i was terminated and would i have--name removed--chance of winning the bills are all comming in now

Yes...call texas workforce commission or unemployment where you live...and you may have to figh..but generally employees win...
