Legal Question in Employment Law in Texas
retaliation / termination
I have been terminated because I chose to claim a work related injury. Workers Comp. However, I was told to sign papers agreeing that I would be terminated due to ''Job abandonment''. I refused.. there-by I was terminated from a national company. I would like to know of any attorney's that have litigated with big national company's. My town is small and Attorney's here have little experience with dealing with big companys. Help.
