Wages due upon termination

I was fired on a Thursday. I'm owed vacation time pay, and two weeks severence pay.

I have yet to receive my money. What are the laws in the state of Texas to get a final paycheck?

contact Texas Workforce Commission...you may have a right to vacation time but no right to severance pay...unless you had a contract..
