Legal Question in Employment Law in Texas

I have worked for the same company for 2.5 years. On my application I did state that I had a misdemeaner charge for possesion of a controlled substance. Today upon my arrival at work I was terminated due to this conviction that occurred in 2005 and although I have been a dedicated employee my services were no longer needed. Do I have any legal rights to sue the company?

No. Not unless they gave you some kind of written contract of employment (trust me, they didn't) the terms of which they have violated.
