Breaking Apartment Lease
We have a client that is buying a home from us. Can they legally break their lease to buy a home in Texas?

They can break their lease -- but will suffer the consequences, according to the terms of the lease.
Purchasing a home is not a 'forgivable' reason to break a lease, unless it is a term of the lease, which I doubt.
