I obtained judgment to evict my tenant (section 8)in 15 days. Tenant filed appeal and paupers affidavit
What is my next step? Is there a motion to dismiss appeal ?

The appeal is probably by way of trial de novo.
Go talk to the Justice Court folks. Did the defendant pay an appeal bond?
