Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

i have a 1996 S10 Blazer (2 door, 4x4, 5 speed manual, A/C, tilt, PW, PS, Power Seat) that was rearend and I am in the process for dealing with the other drivers insurance. I suspect they will want to total it but I have owned since new and done extensive repairs (clutch, A/C, fuel pump, radiator, etc.) planning on keeping for another 15 years. Is there any way I can make the insurance company fix it? I have spent numerous hours and dollars keep my truck in excellent condition and know I could never find another 2 door 4x4 with 5 speed manual!

Based on what you have written, you should consider consulting with a local law firm. There are many additional factors to consider when dealing with property damage and personal injuries sustained from someone's negligence. When did the car wreck happen? Where did the car wreck happen? Explain in detail the events which lead up to, during and after the car wreck? What discussions (if any) have you had with the other party, the other party's insurance company, or anyone else regarding the car wreck? These are just some of the questions which need answers to before moving forward with any type of assistance. You may contact the firm at 281-994-4034 or visit the firm's website at http://www.thebrashearlawfirm.com for more information on car wrecks. Either way, you should consult with a local law firm to protect your interests and rights.
