got hurt during football game went to hospital should the school pay the 13000 sense it was during a school activity

Unfortunately, the school is immune from liability for getting hurt at a football claim. May be worth asking the school district if they have an insurance policy that will pay medical expenses for students who get hurt during school activities, but doubt if they have one, and there is certainly no requirement that they provide medical insurance as far as I know.
