Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

I was injured by a gaint christmas bow on a hotels property. They are saying I have to sue the company that they rented the bows from. I say they leased/rented and had care and control of the bow so it is their responsibility. Who is right?

You are right.

Sue EVERYBODY - sue the hotel AND sue the bow company.
