Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

i injured my hand at work and my doctor released me back to work. but my job refused to let me work said that they couldnt use me with just onehand. is this legal and since i was doctor released and they refused do they owe me pay for those days?

Employers not required to hire back after injury..can't fire because u filed claim..but if you can't do work, are your comp benefits really over? Call work comp lawer as you may need more medical treatment..etc..
