Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

I was involved in an accident where no one was at fault. According to my insurance company, they will be paying for the other vehicles involved. No citation was issued, I have not yet received the police report since this happened two days ago. Should my insurance company pay for the others damages?

It depends who was actually at fault. If the police report indicates you were not at fault, I would strongly (but politely) complain to your insurance company and demand that they not pay a claim for which you were not at fault. Sincerely, Carl Weinkauf
