Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

I am replying on yesterday's question, when I wrote about my son falling 35 ft. from a tree. To the attorney that replied, I wanted to let him know that he got hurt in Nov. Also he was on probation, and even though they were aware of his fall arrested him with no Hip, and kept him 3 day's. So he could have caught his infection there, or in the hospital. I was planning on filing a Malpractice suit. Thank-You!!
