Can i sue a soda company if i found glass in it and scratch my mouth but didnt seek medical the com gift card can i sue for morepany knows and want to give me a 10 dollars

Yes, you can sue. If your mouth has healed, however, then your damages will be small. An attorney will be reluctant to take it since it will be difficult to get much due to the lack of medical bills. If it does not require a doctor, then most people would consider it too small to justify something as serious as a lawsuit.
