Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

Foreclosure

What property am I allowed to take before forclosure? I built a barn on the property and would like to sell it.

And how long to I have after forclosure to get my personal property?

Re: Foreclosure

Your barn is probably considered a permanant structure which would go with the property when the foreclsoure occurrs. If you occupy the property, the new owner after foreclosure will have to bring an eviction proceeding to remove you from the property. In connection with this you will be notice which will give you a few days to remove your possessions.
