Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

Foundation issue with a purchased home

To whom it may concern:

i purchased a home in rowlett, tx in december of 1999. I assumed a mortgage from gmac of $66,000.00 and the owner carried the 2nd for 27000.00 for 10 yrs. I have recently found a lot of foundation issues that professionals say has been there for a long time. I would appreciate any recourse methods on this problem.

THANK YOU

Re: Foundation issue with a purchased home

You may be able to sue for damages depending on the building date of the house and what was represented to you at the time of purchase.

If you want to discuss this matter further, please call the office to set up an appointment.

Good luck.
