notice of right to occupancy

we recieve a notice of termination right to occupancy and it has 2 days. we purchased this house thru pwner financing almost 2 years ago and the owner never drew up a contract. she would always say she was going to do it but never did. we gave her 2000 dollars down on the house now she wants the house because we missed some payments. what do we do move out?

Yes. For a real estate contract to be valid, it must be in writing. However, she must give you a 3-day notice. If she tries to evict you, the judge should require her to give a proper notice to vacate.
