Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

Real Estate Purchase Agreement signing

An offer was tendered by the daughter to buy a townhome for ''ALL CASH'' and the parents who were the buyers gave verbal permission for the daughter to sign for them. Is this a legally binding contract in the state of Texas. A written Power of Attoney was not prepared due to the short time frame involved with multiple offers being considered.
