my rights as person named in a will if the excutor wont take action
My brother law is executor of my Father in laws will. My wife and daugher are also included.They were willed a piece of property that is valuable.My brotherlaw refuses to do anything but ignor it.we know this could be very lucrative what are our rights? We have to go the place where the property is located and change names. A natural gas comanysaid they will pay us for certain rights to it.

You need to hire an attorney to petition the court to remove him as executor and have your wife appointed (or someone else with an interest who can do the job). Good luck.
