Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Texas

Boss will not leave me alone, he does discustings things and make sexual comment

i'm in company with less than 15 employess, my boss is threatning wiht my job and has fired me at times because i will not sleep with him. He make physical and verbal jestures to me about Sex. I am a single mom and can't loose my job. i tried taping him but it wasn't clear. I can't afford equipment to back up what i'm accusing. Is there a lawyer that can help me and supply the equipment to help prove my case??

Although your legal options are limited to some extent by the size of your company, there are still potential claims and causes of action you can assert.
