Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

Contesting a Will

Is it possible to see the will of a brother who's deceased? A previous will viewed indicated property left to siblings. What would be the process for the viewing of the ''legal will''?

If it's been filed for probate, it's a matter of public record. Just go to the probate court and ask to see the file.

If it's not been filed, then you'll need an attorney to force the issue.
